1) You all look great with the Neeenja pullover! What is your favourite way to wear it?
Brandi: All the time and with everything! Mostly, I wear it with jeans...it's my super comfortable, totally awesome go-to pullover!
Shaena: My favorite way to wear it is with a stomach full of candy and some skinny jeans because it's loose and flattering enough to cover any muffin top mishaps. Also, on special occasions, I like to tie it around my waist as a tribute to Joey Lawrence circa 1992.
Renae: I love to wear my Neeenja top with a nice stretchy pair of yoga pants (perfect for those High-Kicks!) because you just never know when the world will need my neeenja skills!
2) What do the three of you love to do together?
Brandi: Oh, I'm going to have to say craft shows and sewing parties! Both Renae and Shaena have such positive and energetic personalities. They keep me laughing and super motivated no matter what we do! :)
Shaena: Make up dance routines, eating fancy cheeses, our exit strategies for alien enslavement and in general, we like to celebrate good times (come on!).
Renae: The three of us love getting hopped up on Starbucks and playing Rock Band until the wee hours of the night (while eating cupcakes of course)!
3) Brandi, you and your fiance Brent are the geniuses behind "Kukubee", how did you come up with the name and what are you all about?
Brandi: Haha, "geniuses." I like it! Brent and I wanted to choose a name that was significant to us; but also wanted it to be an easy-to-remember, made up word. Both of our names start with 'B' so we knew right away we wanted to incorporate 'bees.' While researching, we came across this adorable guy and Brent says "Yes! But lets spell it like this...'kukubee'" BAM! Kukubee was born. :P (We usually just tell people it came to us during a psychic reading!) What are we about? All things adorable and a little creepy! The majority of our creations come from Brent's imagination and Renae, Shaena and I are responsible for creating our lovely products!
Shaena: This question totally isn't for me, but I'm a keener and am in it for bonus points. Rumor has it, they were going to go with 'Sanrio' but they realized this name was taken in 1960 (thanks Wikipedia!). They are all about living, laughing, loving and eating. That was a nice cross-promotional plug there, I think.
