1) Where do you get your fashion inspiration?
Maggie: People watching, Japanese fashion mags, window shopping..everywhere! Another great inspiration is actually asking the sales people themselves on how to dress/pair with the desired piece. Different minds, different finds!

Momma Lee: My favorite is Lou Lou magazine. I find lots of new trends in there where I get ideas to mix and match with what I already have. I even have some of my clothing back from the 70's for special occassions! Luckily, I haven't changed much physically. YES!!!

2) Besides shopping, what else do you love to do together as mother + daughter?
Maggie: EAT! While we were on our annual trip to the Nordstrom Anni Sale in San Francisco last year, we waited an hour in line to make Happy Hour at Hog Islands Oyster Bar! 36 oysters were consumed then we walked across the mall and shared a burger and shake. Oh and monthly artisans craft fairs such as Blim, Portobello West, etc etc.......Wait that's shopping.

Momma Lee: FOOD of course! I am a picky eater but Maggie is always taking me to different restaurants to try new things. Sometimes it's Japanese tapas, Taiwanese beef noodles etc. I just recently tried my first Japadog!

3) So... who's the better shopper?
Maggie: Momma Lee!!! I'll come home and she'll have 3 new pairs of shoes while she'll secretly tell me later on that she has another 2 hiding in the car trunk. Her style is a bit unique so everything she finds seems to be one of a kind.

Momma Lee: I guess Maggie is. She's so energetic when she shops. Last time she visited Hong Kong she found many interesting pieces at the night markets in Mong Kok. She's pretty good I'd say!
